Service Description
Save2Plaud is an independent third-party Chrome extension that extracts transcripts from YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify and saves them to your Plaud account. Save2Plaud is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Plaud, YouTube, Apple, Spotify, or Google. It is developed and maintained independently.
Subscription & Pricing
- Save2Plaud offers a 7-day free trial for new users.
- After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the extension.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and auto-renew until cancelled.
- Payment processing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com) as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your most recent payment, contact us for a full refund.
- To request a refund, email hi@novabox.ai with your account details.
User Data & Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of all transcripts and data saved to your Plaud account.
- We do not claim any rights over your content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Save2Plaud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The extension depends on third-party services (Plaud API, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify) that may change or become unavailable at any time.
- Changes to Plaud's API, YouTube's caption system, Apple Podcasts, or Spotify may temporarily or permanently affect the extension's functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Save2Plaud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Save2Plaud after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the extension or our listing page.
