Service description
Save2Plaud is an independent third-party Chrome extension that saves transcripts from YouTube, TED, Spotify podcast episodes and captioned HTML5 videos, and the content of article pages, to your Plaud account. Save2Plaud is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Plaud, YouTube, TED, Spotify or Google.
Subscription and pricing
- New users get a 7-day free trial with every feature.
- After the trial, a paid subscription is required to keep saving.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com) as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service.
Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time through your Dodo Payments account.
- There is a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your most recent payment, you get a full refund.
- To request one, email hi@novabox.ai from the address you subscribed with.
Your data and content
- You keep full ownership of everything you save to your Plaud account.
- We claim no rights over your content, and we never hold a copy of it — see the privacy policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
- Save2Plaud is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- The extension depends on third-party services (Plaud, YouTube, TED, Spotify and other websites) that may change or become unavailable at any time. Such changes may temporarily or permanently affect what the extension can do.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Save2Plaud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including loss of data or revenue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Save2Plaud after a change means you accept the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced through the extension or its listing page.
